Charlotte studied Criminology and gained a BA (Hons), members of YMCA Worcestershire,  worked within HMP Hewell developing and disseminating family work across all prison sites at HMP Hewell for 8 years.  Have been facilitating similar materials to local community members (e.g. teachers, social workers, lawyers, etc.) at their bi-monthly Hidden Sentence training courses, which are held at the prison and are offered to provide an insight into the impact of prison life for children and families.
